Photographs taken when he was just 3 years old testify to his early fondness of wielding pencils. At the age of four he could already draw an elephant which had its trunk in the right place. Photographic likeness in minute detail has ever since been the hallmark of portraits made by Peter. <br> Human portraits in black-and-white constitute his early work. Due to his love for Quarter Horses and affinity with reining his current work focuses on horses and riding. His favourite medium are conté pastels.
